He doesn't aim it like a gun. He can feel people thru the Force. And since he doesn't need to see Khan or move his arm he can kill him instantly.

Khan doesn't have a jetpack so who cares if Jango used one in a somewhat effective way against Kenobi or Mace... Khan doesn't have one so it's irrelevant. The more relevant part is.. Khan is going to blast Anakin.. and we see how easily blaster fire can be deflected by a light saber.. Khan won't be able to fly away and isn't as fast as Anakin..
