what else, aside from feats including guns, does SM do that suggest he is that fast?

lol so very true. They move in excess of mach 10 depending on the gun that fires them. This is extremely fast. Perhaps Spiderman's initial burst speeds exceed this? That would be the only explanation as to why he's been so successful at dodging them in the past. As for this thread, I don't think Spiderman belongs among this group. He could one shot any of them if he went for it. Batman, and the Punisher would die instantly if Spiderman really hit them with an 8 ton strike moving in excess of 70-120mph (probably faster).

Not only that, bet your bottom dollar, If he wanted, Spidey would hit the muzzle of every gun Frank pulled out with webbing before he could get a single shot off.

Agreed, SM would drop Pun in a punch, but treating guns as they actually exist, Pun should have no difficulty tagging him, though the Spider Sense may give SM the edge. SM really isn't fast enough to dodge a bullet in flight, and flipping through the air is not necessarily the best way to avoid sustained rifle fire, again, if we treat guns realistically.

How is he not fast enough to dodge a bullet in flight? Wasn't he able to catch a bullet? So why instead of catching it couldn't he just..move a little bit to the side in order to avoid it?

Even if you wanted to say he couldn't dodge a bullet...people like Batman aim dodge gunfire all the time. Not sure why Spider-Man couldn't do so and then punch Punishers head off.

The Punisher has fought Spider-Man many many times in his career, some when Spidey was royally pissed at him or mind controlled to kill him, and never does Spider-Man take Punisher out easily, or often times at all. On paper it should work out like that, in the comics Punisher does amazingly well against super-powered opponents, especially Spider-Man. Punisher also does manager to tag with guns those that should be able to dodge gunfire, Spider-Man and Daredevil among them.
