Goku vs. Ryu (Asura's Wrath)

Goku, the protagonist of the Dragon Ball manga/anime series

vs.

Ryu, the protagonist of the Street Fighter video game series.

This is usually seen as a mismatch but in this case, I'm using the Asura's Wrath version of Ryu so this will be a different story. So who wins this matchup?

6-arms Asura's planetary strength chase-punched him to the moon at 2/3rds lightspeed. This Ryu is physically stronger a faster than Goku.

Hmnmm just realized how ****ing powerful must ryu really be to be able to take what asura was dishing on their fight. He was even fighting in the moon! lol.

They had to amp Ryu and Akuma something fierce to even be blips on Asura's radar.

But he is still somewhat at a disadvantage since he can't fly.

A good point, making his strongest blasts more dangerous... However given the speed gap it would be difficult to land a strong blast on him. Ryu would have a similar thing with his Hadoukens.

Flight gives him an advantage which amps his ki attacks, still shouldn't close the gap formed from the speed+strength difference by much.

What level is Goku allowed to amp to?

Like BloodRain mentioned, Goku going up against a faster and stronger opponent who can withstand planetary busting punches? Goku is gonna need every advantage he can get here so I don't think it'd be unfair for him to go to Super Saiyan God level (though I still don't really know how much stronger he is in that form).

He can go SSG without help from others.

The implication, if Goku was being literal, is that Kaioshins world can be traversed to. Probably like how Buu got there the first time.

But its a different matter for King Kai's planet. You can't physically travel there, only through teleporting. Its not like we see characters freely flying from Earth to the other world or back whenever they feel like it.

2) Not everyone is a MFTL god

3) Even assuming it wasn't normal flight Whis would still need comparable reactions to not crash into stuff
