Even if Khan did get his hands on Spidey, spider sense will allow Spidey to break free at lightning fast speeds and stick and move for the win. Khan's agility and speed levels are sloth-like compared to Spidey.

Spider-Man help up a car, beat the Lizard, and dodged bullets.

Khan loses. Horribly

I gotta agree with Impediment. If this is an experienced Spiderman, as he's a little clumsy at first. Once he's adapted Khan's skill as tactical fighter may be better - however Peter's motor skill and reactionary motility allow for a more hand to hand oriented win.
