Even if Khan did get his hands on Spidey, spider sense will allow Spidey to break free at lightning fast speeds and stick and move for the win. Khan's agility and speed levels are sloth-like compared to Spidey.

Khan wouldn't have played with his food like the Lizard did.
Spidey's SS isn't very efficient. He got tagged many times in the movie.

Lizard has always had speed comparable, and at many times outright surpassing Spidey though.

Khan on the other hand doesn't have speed feats like that.

So, you're saying that Khan has speed, strength, durability and reach equal to that of the Lizard?

The Lizard trapped Spidey in a sewer tunnel. No speed was necessary.

Spidey's SS didn't even pick up on the fact that a giant killer man-lizard was above him until he was grappled to the ground.

Khan proved to be a master of stealth and playing his prey.
Like the scene where Kirk and Scotty couldn't find him and Khan mocked them by making his presence known.

The problem with New Spidey is that he is incredibly inexperienced. Many feats in the film showed this whilst Khan on screen is a trained professional.

The only reason this fight falls into favour in the end to Spidey is because Dolos didn't create a battleground for the fight to take place. Therefore the fight takes place in the Forum Arena.

Which means no stealth for Khan. Eventuating in his downfall.

Spidey wins this fight.

This is borderline spite.
Kahn being a peak human or slightly superhuman has no business fighting Spidey.
Spidey accidentally broke train rail. That takes tons of force to do.
