I like Loki a lot and I do think as a whole, in combat, he's underrated as his character doesn't really get into many fights (he's more of a schemer than a direct threat), but his actual fights and feats are impressive to say the least.
Physically, Darkseid's strong enough to overpower Loki should he grasp him. And he's certainly has the firepower to hurt him with the Omegas and all that.

Agreed. I think Darkseid had the upper hand on Fate once and he's the premier character for magic or at least one of them.

Superman will out perform Quasar in just about any task, that said Quasar has a way of hurting Superman that Superman quite frankly can't do much against.
Similar situation here IC DS is a powerful Brick, and Loki is kinda tailor made for these kinda opponents, between illusions, phasing, and powerful destructive magics...
Like I said in my OP Loki with a slight edge Imho
And believe me I understand the other Seid's argument
