Alt. time line that didn't involve Thor. Juggernaut presumably died from said nuke as well, so your entire point would be moot.

Besides that, every nuke Thor has encountered in normal 616 stories he's been perfectly fine.

btw. using the sun feat does not qualify; I know that's where somebody is going..........It really seems like a lot of Thor "feats" are speculative and word of mouth, without substance to back the claims.
