Just had a look in my scan folders for the running for help one. I don't have it there so i'll have to dig out my issue ( JSA 30 IIRC) I have the page between him leaving and returning ( the one where we see 8 or 9 zones of the country as he passes through them and thinks about pacing himself so his heat rate doesn't get much over 20,000 beats a minute). I know I ahve the other ones either on my CV images or photobucket ( I've used them all a lot)
Fortunately my Justice society comics are pretty orderly.

Isotope E QS could only go just over mach 10. It's after Son of M, where he displayed a significant speed increase.
On that note, I'm still not convinced QS can go lightspeed. The panel in question said said he was moving faster then radio waves. I strongly believe they meant speed of sound as QS before or after that panel has done nothing close to reaching lightspeed.

It was not his top speed (nor did it state that), but it was used to portray why no one could contact him as e was running faster then the signal. I still doubt they meant him to be going lightspeed in a throw away panel.
