Thor/Hulk: Feat for Feat

Started by psycho gundam2 pages

the tier difference is huge, but he made them aware of him which is the point.

Define "better", because that's a REALLY vague term to use for a thread.

This is the Problem with Hulk fans. They use every Hulk feat possible despite the fact that Hulk strength/power level varies depending on how angry he is. I honestly thing that when Thor stalemated Hulk for one hour should be enough proof to indicate how weak Hulk can actually be. Yes obviously after some rage increase, he will eventually surpass Thor, but at starting level, HELLL NOOO

So the way I see it
Thor is better in a lot of ways including strength. Given enough time however, Hulk surpass it.

ROFL you're drunk.

Hmmmm....lets put it this way. Superman is your favorite character right, or Aquaman. You have all his powers an know how and you have to face Thor or Hulk. At their best who is the deadlier adversary?

Superman is my favourite DC character, but not my absolute favourite.

I'd rather face Thor, because Thor could be reasoned with.

If neither could be reasoned with, Thor would be the one i'd want to avoid.

Yes.

Hulk is stronger. His base is at HH level now. He is no longer the "weak when normal, powerful when angry" Hulkster.

it varies, imo the best depiction of the whole "tho vs hulk" scenario was in incredible hulk annual v1 #2001.

For the past few years, base Hulk is >= typical Thor in strength.

i was replying to those who say that hulk is equal to thor in strength, this showing varies over the history. and the best depiction was in the issue ive stated where it shows that hulk is stronger but thor is more powerful.

reading it now

Thor is the better of the two feat wise.

This is up for debate? Thor hands down. Totally different class of enemies and threats.

Classic Hulk has the crazier feats i.e. punching through a time storm, affecting the multiverse? with a punch, stopping a tear in space from expanding with brute strength, re-directing a dimension destroying attack with a thunderclap, taking heavy blasts from Galactus, the links don't work anymore, so there's just a couple more, ill send some thor ones in about 20 minutes

Thor resists a force "as though half a planet" were bearing down on him, from Thor #140:

Thor resists the gravimetric pull akin to "that of a neutron star" and busts out, from Thor #281:

Thor actually lifts the Midgard Serpent away from the Earth. Note that the catastrophic effects of such a feat are actually physically felt on Earth, from Thor #327:

He lifts him again in Thor #379:

Unquantifiable, Thor's mortal essence "grows," granting him the strength and will to push the Worldengine and reverse the Yggdrasil Tree, from Thor #494:

Impossibly, his Asgardian skin receives a direct slash by Wolverine's adamantium claws which leave only scratches on his face, from Wolverine vs Thor #1:

(IMO one of his great durability showings)

And if that's not impressive enough, he's also no-selled a pummelling by both Maxam and Drax (w/ Power Gem) in Thor #469:

And what does "a blow that could shatter diamonds" do? It makes Thor blink, from Avengers #401:

Thor survives the concussive blast of vibro-mines which are capable of shattering apart alien steel in Thor #281:

So are you talking about if you have Thor's or Hulk's powers, how would you deal with Thor or Hulk?

If I were Thor and I'm facing Hulk, I would just use my powers of Teleportation and send Hulk to Ginnunggagap(the Asgardian Void).End of Hulk there w/ in 3 seconds 🙄

If I were Hulk, I would hope Thor goes for the melee fighting combat.Which Thor would probably do.I'll try to bash Thor until he's done for.Of course this will take longer time : 😛

Thor wins due to having more super-powers that Hulk will never have 🙂
