I liked the look of Smaug didn't look that fake to me with its CGI.

I wish they hadn't shown Smaug, was kinda hoping that'd be a surprise

Disappointed that they showed Smaug, but given that he actually doesn't look that good I suppose they've saved us from that let-down upon its release.

I think they coulda learned a thing or 2 from reign of fire, now those dragons were fierce and looked incredible

When's the movie getting released? Because it's possible that the FX may improve in that time. Look at Gollum in Fellowship compared to the others, big improvment.
