Khan successfully broke free from Marcus' manipulation. Then Khan successfully murdered high ranking Starfleet officers. Freed and saved the Enterprise and then gave himself up so he could save his crew. He survived and the Enterprise did but with great losses whereas Khan survived despite being the only one.
Wrath of Khan is a completely different Khan with different memories. Not the same guy as his experiences were different.

But I still can't see Khan standing a chance against Yoda. You've persuaded me (with the reatard Jedi alien guy) that Khan could take out a few Jedi. But Yoda is many levels above most Jedi. The only close ones would be Mace Windu and eventually Darth Vader.
