No he doesn't... He guns are tech.. that isn't a part of him. Yoda does things that are a part of him it's flowing throw his veins. Khan is so pathetic he needs weapons to even hope to have a chance against Yoda. No that isn't what more powerful means... more often we take somebody with the abilities they have shown and have. Put it this way... If we pitted khan with no weapons vs. Yoda with no weapons.. Yoda would shit stomp khan all over the place.. Wanna know why? Cause is vastly more powerful is why. If Khan was more powerful he'd easily beat him. Guess what, he doesnt' even touch Yoda.. not even one hit.

That's his weaponry just like Ronan's weapon counts as his power. We don't ignore their weaponry. I guess light sabers don't count either, clown.
