Actually if you watched it, you would notice he had use two force pushes, one knocked out maul for a second or two and then he used one to knock savage back so yea he used his powers before then.
Sidious cirbstomps. No he doesn't. He doesn't have weapons since Sidious took the, already.

Well one did knock him out for a second or two.
It separated maul from savage long enough for him to kill savage and give him a new playing field.
How am I scripting? Sidious has the feats that he will be able to take Khans weapons.

He didn't really harm him. He just flew back. What a wimp.
They were both less skilled and they don't lack Khan's skill, accuracy, strength, or weaponry.
The feats you provided took multiple seconds. Palaptine has less than second to live.
