No. Dooku challanged him to the Saber. Yoda could have finished Dooku Force only. Yoda was just showing Dooku how strong he was, Yoda never attacked dooku. He was just defending himself not attacking back.
Yoda is 900 Years old. He has MUCH MORE experience than Windu. The only reason i put Windu in par with Yoda is because he was able to stand against Sidious. '
