It doesn't. Jango isn't immune to the force, but he is prepared to deal with it's consequences (such as on board weapons that can't be easily yanked, a jetpack and crippling cord for help in preventing being thrown around badly by force pushes.)
Khan lacks these, and has never dealt with anyone who possesses powers such as these.
