By surprise and then when the Jedi fought back, they still died but they put s fight. They were overwhelmed something Khan can't do and yoda has actually been seen taking out mutliple clones at once with ease.

The force is stronger than any weapon Khan can bring.

Actually I admit nothing. The clones only managed to take out the Jedi as they were distracted and vastly outnumbered. Blah blah. He can't take the force. He can't take magic. Put any magic user vs khan it's over in 1 second all they have to do is turn him into a whatever. The force can just shock, choke, drain, so many things to khan. So yes the only thing that can defeat the force is magic. Stormtroopers defeated Jedi, not the force. They defeated distracted Jedi, and then when the Jedi fought back, they had some results. So no my theory isn't flawed. Your mind is greatly flawed.
