Sure it does. Just look at some of the reasons why Cena is hated.
1. Loyalty, hustle and respect, Cena's credo is just as cheesy as truth, justice, and the American way.
2. Cena has very little actual techical ability, much like Superman. They win the majority of their battles the same way, by overpowering physically inferior opponents.
3. Occasionally, both Cena and Superman do encounter an opponent that rivals their own physical prowess or superior technical ability. When this happens we see mountains of PIS and or CIS. Either they lose because of it or they win because of it. Very rarely do they lose a fight straight up.
4. Anytime I read a Superman comic or watch a Cena match I know the outcome before it even starts. Unless we see the PIS/CIS that I alluded to earlier.

1. That hasn't been Superman's creedo in years, though.
2. Superman actually has extensive martial arts training, and even post reboot has shown pretty solid technique at times.
3. Not really true, tbh.
4. That's no more true of Superman than it is any comic, tbh.

Brockalizer has likely never read a DC comic in his life. His hate for DC characters is evidently clear.

And you would be wrong yet again. You confuse hatred with contempt. DC crisis arcs are great. Superman, Batman, and JLA never disappoint, my opinion of them is already so low that they would have to try very hard to disappoint me. The only exception is the various Lantern Corps. Can't get enough Larfreeze and Atrocitus.

dat hate is strong bro

Shut up Abhi.

Whats with these BRB wins 10/10... Wouldn't Doomsday's reactive adaptation kick in? Would BRB's lightning be as effective in their 2nd or even 3rd fight? Or does he not evolve anymore?

DD's brutality and speed win this imo...

Doomsday didn't demonstrate "reactive adaption" w/o "dying" in DOS (IIRC), in the forums, fights are "new" and reset to base lvls each time. DD doesn't get to "evolve" as each fight "resets" both combatants back to original lvls.

Godhunter BRB was literally smashing planets in the Godhunter arc (w/c this fight is limited to). DD never demonstrated that kind of power during the DOS arc (w/c this fight is limited to) This is a stomp in BRB's favor.

To be fair, Cena's never been billed as a mat technician. Doesn't fit with his character/gimmick. And as far as psychology goes, he doesn't need to be mat wrestle or chain together reversals when he's billed as one of the strongest guys in the fed. To that end, why should he bother trying to outwrestle a guy when he can just overpower them or outfight them (again, this is coming from the "in character" psychology of wrestling, not reality as it's all a work).

Cena's hardly ever lost cleanly, true. I can't even remember the last time he's submitted, either. But he is the premier babyface of this generation (for good or for ill). And Cena can work his ass off, too. I find his character bland, but with a good program or opponent (ie. CM Punk), he can do great stuff. Plus unlike Dwayne "Just Bring It Via Satellite" Johnson, Cena appears regularly on TV and wrestles when able, including house shows and non televised events.

Cena's not even in my top 40 favorite wrestlers, but I do respect the shit out of the guy.

I don't think Cena has ever submitted, unless it happened when he was first starting. As for technical ability I do agree that he's on par with the Rock, however as far strength goes he may have one of the top physiques, but he is a body builder not a power lifter. If wrestling was a legitimate sport like MMA, there is know way he'd be able to over power actual power guys like Ryback, Mark Henry, or even Big E Langston. To be honest I believe WWE would be better if Vince didn't have such a man crush on guys with big muscles. We need more CM Punks, Chris Jericho's, brett Harts
