Like I said, not exactly. Doomsday was able to fight a flying superman just fine with leaping. Also you are dismissing BRB's own CIS. Show me where Bill fought like you are describing. Its not you in BRB's body. Also Doomsday was totally unhurt even when superman punched him literally hundreds of times. Superman would turn Bill into paste with so many blows.He couldn't even hurt Doomsday with all those punches.

Also it doesn't seem right for Bill to fight like this. It makes far more sense for Bill to engage DD (not knowing who he is).
If Bill knew how powerful DD then maybe.

They are tied together by a chain since neither has experience with this kind of fighting there is no room to speculate how they wouldnt fight

I have. The fish doesn't have the strength to yank the chain to drag me. Why can't Doomsday do the same? Also examples of BRB fighting like that?

Bill likes to bash with his hammer. I can't see him going against a brick without trying to bash him at all. Even so then DD can easily yank Bill towards him or himself towards Bill.

Agreed. Anyone who thinks BRB is using elaborate tricks to fight Doomsday, rather than just bashing him with his hammer (which is how he fights 99% of the time) is kidding themselves. Doomsday is BRBs physical superior in every way, in some cases, by alot. In this clash of Titans, BRB stands virtually no chance to win other than BFR.
