Aquaman without PIS/CIS to stop him would most likely go straight for min rape.

The last Aquaman book i leafed through, had him in a TK battle where he nearly killed everyone on Earth as a side effect of said fight.

I think he's referring to Kordax and Aquaman; the telepathic backlash from them squaring off was causing pain to "all that has ever walked or swum or crawled in the ocean depths".
