Doom has incredible resistance to telepathy and arguably one of the highest wills in comicdom. Aquaman mindraping Doom would never happen, tbh, either in a comic or in a forum battle.

You know you'd think after this many years of visiting forums I'd have learned to at least read a full page before replying to a thread. I see PR already covered it.

Far as TP are concerned his best feats IMO ( PR can correct me if he knows of better) were
1. TP assaulting and defeating a dimensional entity (MMH was present monitoring IIRC)
2. TP communicating to several cities and people's across the globe during an alien invasion (toward the end of the series PAD had such success with)
3. Shutting down some white Martians nervous systems (JLA always wondered why he never pulled that trick more often if he could )

Some "unusual" uses of his TP were when he used it to sense being targeted by assassins

While im not sure aquaman would beat doom telepathically (or at all considering how doom is treated) he's still an incredibly underrated telepath. I just wish johns showed more of his telepathy post reboot.
