He was only knocked out once temporarily. Hulk was also knocked out after he caught Thor. He was also temporarily incapacitated in the waterfall but that was due to the cold.
Fear Itself had Thor collapse at the end of an incredibly long fight. Not to mention he was wounded. In JMS' run, the only time I can think of where Thor was exhausted was after he resurrected all the Gods, Monsters, and inhabitants of Asgard. How can you compare that to unleashing big lightning bolts? Especially since that was in itself a process that he might not survive and was actively dangerous.
You should, because everything you listed is hardly conclusive evidence and I can post example after example after example to counter.

I don't think Sorrow believes Thor power had anything to do with that and looking at the panels, I can see where he is coming from.

I agree, he was electrified when he caught Thor but it being Thor lightning that dropped him is the questionable part, especially since Banner is usually in the same state when reverting from Hulk to Banner.

Thor produced so much energy the residual power he had KO'd Hulk. Which isn't all that embarrassing really since Thor overexerted himself so it had to be freaking powerful.

Thor's also endured prolonged fights with guys like Mangog, the Destroyer, Surtur, a crazed Odin, and Hulk without being knocked out.
And for the record, I'm not throwing out all of Thor's low end feats (though it's funny that that seems to be the counter to Thor's exotic options instead of providing proof of Prime either being able to tank it or endure it) just naming off some of the crazy shit a forum mode Thor is capable of.
And yeah, Thor doesn't overexert himself with super powerful attacks on the average. Heck, even the Godblast doesn't tire Thor out on its own. The instances of Fear Itself and JMS' run also have context: In Fear Itself, Thor got beat up by Odin, imprisoned in Asgard, and when released, got attacked by the Serpent before ultimately encountering Nul/Angrir. And under JMS, that Thor had the Odin Force and had been in Broxton for about a week or so, summoning a giant ass insane storm that eventually recreated Asgard on Earth. The next time he overexerted himself was when he forcibly pulled all of the Asgardians from the void and revived them on Earth. Not exactly the same thing as exerting himself in a fight while already fresh.
