Agreed. If you're smart, you make them prove themselves as contributing members of the board, and largely ignore them until that happens. If you're dumb, you let the baiting (or at the very least, lopsided threads) continue to waste your time.

How hot is hell fire? To melt sand to make glass, a furnace has to reach a temperature of approximately 3,600 degrees F (1,982 degrees C). (The melting point of glass is at 2600-2900 degrees F (1425-1600 degrees C) I think, had to fact check but I don't trust the interwebs)
So he can potentially just do away with him with hell fire then spit a funky ass rhyme.
