He's probably stronger than Stacy X, but I assure you there are far more instances of Wolverine taking hits from characters Thing level or higher than there are of Wolverine being KO'd by human strength fighters.
Also, for the record, Spiderman would beat the ****ing shit out of Itachi in h2h.
I could see Itachi putting Wolverine in that permanent looping Genjutsu to take care of him then with the rest of his abilities take on Danny, but since he doesn't have mangekyou the poor guy can't even use Susanoo, but idk I mean speed wise he still is in the clear..so I guess he could pull wins? Ah who am I kidding this is a guy who when he was resurrected and controlled, found a way to completely regain control of his zombie like self, he'll find a way to win xD!
Seriously though Wolverine without Mangekyou would be annoying as hell to face and even harder to put down ._. ...I love the Uchiha more than any other clan and while Itachi is in a league of his own, he can only do so much without his eyes >.<.

Itachi's hypersonic+ in combat speed for having kept up with Bijuu Mode Naruto and is also stronger than Spider-Man with power scaling off of that very same fight. Only thing Itachi lacks is stamina and that's due to his illness, and I'm assuming he isn't ill here since it says the characters are at their peak. This is like saying who would win between Wolverine or Storm. Except if Storm couldn't fly, but instead had precognition, was much more skilled, much faster, and also much stronger.
Literally one fireball or a water style technique would end this fight. He would stomp with just taijutsu as well though.

Using once in a life time feats again. If you're talking about Electro, he doesn't produce actual lightning, rofl. It's like saying Sasuke's Chidori is actual lightning as well when he directs it towards a person by sending it out.
