Goodness alone is not enough, no shit. But Link's goodness is pretty good. Link is really good, I believe this, like him being a warrior, points to his worthiness. Do you deny that Link is good enough to qualify?

As we're all aware, Thor has been known for arrogance. Whereas Link exhibits virtually no negative character traits. Though I'm not sure how Oni-Link, or Fierce Diety, pertains to this. Do correct me if I'm wrong.

So, Link has good covered, is a warrior and hero, chosen for his selflessness and self sacrifice (the latter being one of the most solidly supported aspects of worthiness) by the gods of his own universe to save it anytime it comes under threat who is chosen to wield many artifacts of great power.
He, due to his heart being in balance, is one of the only people suited to using the power of the completed triforce to its' fullest.
