Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Personally my fav Batman comics were the ones where he had little to say. Most of his monologue were his inner thoughts not conversations he had with other characters.

Yes, I understand you can't have a "silent" hero for the big screen.
I think Keaton's Batman had the least amount of lines & people see him as the most iconic representation.

I loved Keaton. If they go that route, I wouldn't complain.

Wait so you've never heard anyone say that Bales Batman voice was dumb?

Bale had a good Batman voice for Batman Begins but then the "throat-cancer" voice kicked in for the following installments.

I firmly believe the actor is only as good as the director.
I always felt Nolan had good intentions for Begins but lost sight of Batman as the main character when he set his sights on making the next 2 movies on a grand & epic scale.

can you give an example of a bad actor giving a good performance in a well directed movie?

william shatner in wrath of khan.

never seen it. will take your word.

William Shatner was actually a pretty good actor in his day. He was in broadway and a really promising talent before Star Trek.

does anyone really think that doomsday is actually in this and will kill Kal ?

Sure, why not? They've got just about everyone else in there. Might as well throw in Braniac and Darkseid as well 😛

In a perfect world an actor is only as good as the director. Though sometimes it can be the other way around.

Has there been an actual report that Doomsday might be in it? If he is in it, it wouldn't surprise me if he killed Supes. Of course we all know the death wouldn't stick.

For me though he never did anything good. He did things that were so bad they were good. Which I think yes when it comes to his "so bad it is good" acting..he was at his height in the Star Trek films. It's like the tv series was just a form of basic training.

Of course everyone knows behind the scenes at Star Trek he was a huge prick and made a lot of odd demands.

Doomsday will be in it and probably fail to kill him. They are bringing out Domsday to fast if you ask me. This should be more about batman and Superman than one of his major villains.

Hmmm, Jon Schnepp is pretty sure of himself when he says WB is courting George Miller to helm the Justice League. Could he be directing Part 2 of the Justice League? Is that why he was on the set of Suicide Squad to prepare himself for the DCCU?

YouTube video

Holy shit! That warcraft Orc looks fantastic.

He was there to stare at Harley's ass just like everyone else.
