Damnit, can't edit the bold part, but I like that the directors are getting freedom to do what they want for the most part.

When was it confirmed that Aquaman would play a decent role in the story? I saw the rumors of the plot being leaked which I believe but I didn't know the rest of the media knew about Aquaman being more than a cameo too.

Kevin on Ben Affleck and why he thinks he will be the best Batman.

I just hope he's really good (and I do believe he'll be great after the Trailers). If he turns out to be the best that'd be Awesome. But Kevin admits himself that he's biased on the matter.

what actually do you get huh????

I care what Kevin Smith says. I used to be a really big fan (Not as big today), so I don't take his word lightly. Kevin still rocks even though he pumps out average films now, but that doesn't erase the View Askewniverse. Can't wait for Clerks 3. ✅

Biased to a point, but his arguments are still valid.

I dont see what the issue others see in your post. There is validity to your concerns regarding his opinion towards his good friend.

There are a lot of people who think Ben will be the best Batman. Kevin is hardly the only one, despite Ben being a friend, who BTW says he rarely ever sees.

Chris Pine close to play Steve Trevor.

His points are fine, just don't get where his Conclusion jumps to "Best Batman EVER".

To me his points just show it's unlikely Affleck will mess this up like say the way Clooney did. Because unlike Clooney, Affleck gets the character, is a big fan of the character, and is really motivated to get this right.

So his points are fine, but his conclusion seems to be him getting over excited. But like I said that's fine, because he outright admits he's biased towards his friend.

I think it's also the look (Which he also points out). Affleck DEFINITELY looks the best in terms of appearance. The closest would be Bale, but that's it.

I mean that's subjective. A lot of people would prefer a more athletic and less beefy Batman.

As for the costume, that's all down to Snyder and the direction of the movie, and Not Affleck's acting.

In terms of the acting, I liked Bale because he just seemed so messed up in the head. But hey we've hardly seen any of Affleck yet, and I've liked what we've seen so far. But defo too early to call him the best.

I thought Bale was good, but not unbeatable. I actually prefer Michael Keaton's Batman, but Bale as Bruce Wayne.

Actually, in TDK, Bale was kind of weak overall. It was a Joker, which Heath stole the show. The funny thing is, Heath only had only 10 minutes in the movie total, yet literally blew everything we have seen before out of the water.
