I don't harbor any resentment to DC other than Jason Mamoa and Zack Snyder.

Mamoa with his "**** Marvel" bullshit and Snyder:

1) Ripping Ant-Man calling it flavor of the month
2) Directing the travesty that was BvS.

Shots were fired and marvel doesn't have to do a thing besides laugh behind closed doors.

I remember Superman Returns underperforming and talk about giving it a sequel, but they had a while to mull over it with no cinematic universe to worry about. It should only be a matter of time before something happens, though it doesn't seem likely to affect Justice League (which is filming soon).

Why does WB refuse to do the obvious thing to make sure they have a proper DCCU?

Sad because JL is the one film they need to cancel to improve their DCCU. The other films I'm looking forward to, but I'm honestly dreading JL. And it's not even going to make profit looking at BvS's box office.

I still predict it will do more. My SS prediction is around GOTG numbers and my final prediction for BVS was pretty close.

Don't see how or why it would do better when reception to BvS has been mediocre. And JL is basically a sequel to BvS with the same team behind it.

But you did win our "hitting Billion dollars or not" bet. Although I'm guessing you were banking on less hype but better reception when you made that bet.

I said less than a billion, because I knew the critics would tear BVS and thus slowing down the legs. Plus, a few of the reactions from Box office forums hinted at a very dark film, which would also slow it down.

Justice League part 1 will be much lighter according to Terrio, so that will help it get to a billion. Now, I'm saying JL will hit a billion, if he's telling the truth. PLUS there are reports that Snyder won't be the sole guy driving this movie, too. Rumors are saying there will be other voices to help him. Miller maybe?

Why do you always ignore the fact that BvS was a bad movie because it was badly made not because of the dark tone. Shitty script, bad editing, wooden acting, bad pacing, cramming JL nonsense, faux complexity, etc.

lol @ you trying do subtle damage control .

Yeah it was only hated because of the dark tone 🙄

They wouldn't have overreacted so much if the movie had been as good as it should have been.

I see that certain DC fans are still refusing to admit that the main factor in the movie not living up to expectations is it's quality. instead they're claiming it's some vast conspiracy, Probably lead by Marvel.

LOL @ you caring what I think. I didn't think it was as bad as a movie the critics were saying. I enjoyed it for the most part, so stop trying to tell me what to think. I actually liked the script, loved Batman and Wonder Woman, and other technical parts of the movie. Only things I had problems with were the editing and Eisenberg wasn't as good as I hoped.

Quality is subjective...

So you're claiming that quality is 100% subjective, that it's impossible to measure in any manner.

The film was a disaster and most agreed. Just suck it up and be a man, Golgo.

I guess? I honestly don't care. You have your opinion and I respect that, but so do I. And from the looks of it, I'm not the only one who liked the movie on this forum, let alone RT and IMDB, which is rated above a 7. That's not too far off from most comic book films. A lot of the reviews touched upon the editing, epecially in the first half of the movie and I agreed to an extent. That didn't stop me from liking some of the elements, which I pointed out above.

I just find it interesting that quality wise, you believe that Sharknado is just as good as Citizen Kane.

Anyone can confirm if that actually happens in the movie?

Or is it just a gif that happens in deleted scenes / whatever? Just want to make 100% sure, thx.

No, it's in the film.
