Yep same here.
And LMAO @ people trying to make out it was an "Objectively" bad movie. That's some serious DC hate going on there. This was no Catwoman or Green Lantern no matter how much the haters try to make it that:
1. 70%+ Audience rating suggests a lot more people enjoyed it than hated it.
Granted though I'm always weary of those kind of measurements and still think things like box office multipliers, home entertainment sales and the opening of the sequel, are better measurements of what the audience thinks. However in this case with 29% on RT, you have to really sell this film to people to get them to watch it.
2. All film is Subjective. There's even people out there that say Star Wars is garbage, and that Iron Man 3 is one of the greatest comic book movies ever made. It's a strange world, but you Can Not Objectively measure quality of art. Only its financial value is measurable.
All That said, no ones claiming this movie went perfect as planned and everything was great. The box office results are obviously a massive disappointment to WB. The poor multiplier suggests even those who liked it didn't "Love" it. And Even Golgo says it should have been much better.

Interesting that you're laughing at the people who thought it was a bad movie, but not the guy that thinks it was Citizen Kane level quality.
Huh?
I'm laughing at you trying to make out its "objectively" a bad movie.

The imdb score is meaningless. It had a very high score before anyone even saw the movie. So that rating is bloated for the simple fact that people voted on the movie before they even saw it and we're giving it a high scoreSame thing with the Rotten Tomatoes user rating.
Which is why I stated that I don't think those scores are completely reliable. Not for any movie tbh.

Pretty much. The score will hover around 7.0 or so. That's the number of people who liked it according to Deadline. Number has gone down since then, so...
Anyone saying that others calling the movie bad is because of DC hate is an idiot. It's not DC hate. It's judging BvS for what it is; a failure.
It failed to deliver a good story and the money that WB was counting on. It's a failure, plain and simple. Hell, Disney called AoU a failure and that movie was way better reviewed and made WAAAY more money.

There are people who will call it that because of DC hate though.
The movie just genuinely has bad parts to it too.
Originally posted by -Pr-Yah, probably I suppose. But for someone to label anyone that criticizes the movie as "hating DC" is pretty dumb.

Like I said, I didn't think it was nearly as bad as Rotten tomatoes and a lot of other sites/reviews made it look. But the reason for it's steep decline and poor reviews isn't due to some agenda. The movie is divisive and a lot of people hated it. A lot of people loved it. And some were left kinda feeling like I was; let down.

Superman and Batman deserve a more focused movie that makes us care about the characters. WB didn't deliver us that movie. Zack Snyder needs to go; imo. I just hope someone can override him on JL or else DC might be in trouble.
Originally posted by -Pr-Yah, Superman definitely got the short end of the stick.
I criticise the movie plenty, and I'm as big a fan of Superman (not to mention many other DC characters) as anyone. To be fair, I think the movie would have worked far better as a Batman story. Even with the issues, it would have saved Superman from being so badly mangled at times.
