It was a poor representation of Bane. Kinda silly when you rewatch the movie. Not one of DC's better movie villains.

I really hope Johns has actual influence, and isn't just a name to appease people. He's one of DC's most prolific writers, so fingers crossed.

Edit: The "p.s." at the end of that video kind of negates CinemaSins Jeremy having to eat crow. Also pretty sure that video was before anyone new Cap3 was Civil War and starring Downey as well.

One thing is for certain I think Zaks role has been diminished. So from here on out I hope it gets better in the DCEU. He wasn't involved in Suicide Squad and Wonder Woman alot and Affleck has been promoted to babysit Snyder in Justice League.

I was in the DVD section of Walmart a few days ago when Onsaw that they were offering preorders for the digital release. They were like "We don't have an exact date of release, but you'll get it ASAP and you'll get a free ticket"- it struck me as really ballsy that they don't even have a release date and are basically giving out free tickets with pre orders to go rewatch the film in it's remaining weeks. I hope for the sake of getting my money's worth the Bluray has extras filling in the story gaps, or I'll be even more disappointed

With Johns being the 50% co-runner of DC movies now, I expect a lot of the characterization will be more in line with the comic world now.

However since Suicide Squad and Wonder Woman are already done filming, and JL has already began production, we might not see the effects of Johns being in charge until 2018.

Earliest case scenario is we get a taste of his touch in JL Part 1.
