Which Herald level chars has he fought in Nu? NU Shaggyman and Blockbuster are herald level??? Looking at those scans, they didn't do anything someone like Spider-man couldn't. Shaggy didn't fight MM either so we can't just scale him into a class 100 like he once was.
Granted, Hawkman did throw down with Aquaman, but Arthur toke him down with a punch.
Not saying Hawkman doesn't win here because it looks like he does. But bump it up to Spider-man and I ain't so sure.
