He doesn't stomp. That's dumb. But Kal-L had decades more chances to amass feats, many of those in the PC era. That's why he should likely win.
I don't think anyone would be surprised if it went another way in a comic. But based on what we have, I don't see another answer.

Based off their appearances in earth 1 not counting crisis on infinite worlds KC superman looks superior. Given how Kal-L fought with superman in infinite crisis and even as a black lantern which would of been the time to cut loose much like some other black lanterns eemed to be doing. he didn't seem to reach that level of superiority as KC supemran showed over superman in his JSA cross over.
Once you bring in Kal-L's anti monitor feat then it gets iffy. Outside of that I see nothing that says he is better than KC. The beating the anti monitor feat looks like recent hyprion surviving two universes collide. A feat not lived upto.

Exactly. And before anyone says it, Kal-L was supposedly not affected by the crisis.
And PC Supes is several notches above pre-52 Supes.

KC superman has one showing where he look superior to superman and one where he looks vastly inferior to Superman. Kal-L has a showing where he looked equal to superman and then he looked superior to superman too. Add his other showings like against PC superman, breaking the same barrier which SBP broke while weakened, oneshotting the whole injustice gang troubling PG and he looks comfortably above KC superman. Hell he ripped the whole JSA apart and treated Citizen Steel who is without any doubt stronger than KC Superman like a child.
