I know when it was written; I just know that it's not how Aquaman was supposed to be portrayed when it was written; it was more reminiscent of the shit during the period I mentioned.

Speaking of: That whole period was just... Weak, tbh. Wasn't the most well written, and it was hard to get through for me. David saved the character big time, imo.
