He can resist some of it. It isn't an automatic victory but the high end magic wielders have a huge advantage on him.

The wishing powers of the Triforce wouldn't even need to be directed at Superman directly. We already know each piece amps the user, Link could use the wishing power to further enhance those amps. Since they're inherently magical, it'll mean he'll be affected.

Recreated the entire sacred realm as a dark world mirroring the real world as a casual side effect of Ganondorf touching it. (aLttP) It's full power is an unknown. Individual pieces have feats above continental, like Ganondorf 'turning off the sun' with the bulk of his power still sealed away in WW.
