I agree with JBL...when it comes to power, Thor and Surfer are in their own class. They have the physical aspect of all the Heralds along with the versatility of a trans and the power output of a high trans/sometimes Skyfather.

Considering at the time he has both his power as well as Thor's it doesn't prove your point at all.
