Mace Windu is a legendary, exceptionally powerful Jedi. One of the greatest of all time, IMO. There are only a handful of practitioners superior to him in combative ability...and Yoda is one of them. You have to start to using real arguments, coz those like: Mace > Sidious, so Mace > Yoda in sabers and "coz I think that vaapad blablabla", doesnt work.
At first, we can suspect that Yoda also defeated Sidious in aber fight.
At second, your personal opinion doesn't matter, since the whole EU tells as, that Yoda was the greatest swordmaster of his era.
1) He was superior to Dooku. The same Dooku was equal to Mace in sabers.
2) Even when he past his prime, he was superior to Mace. Sources:
