It's not the same though. JIA has regular internet access and, presumably, the lifestyle that allows for such leisure. He's been doing the same thing for years. Even just above this post, he's posting the same thing instead of responding to me...ignoring me for probably the dozenth time.

It's just fascinating to me, is all. Not a spammer or troll - at least not knowingly. Has the conviction to continue on this admittedly dead site for years, yet apparently lacks the adaptive intelligence to change his message to better reach his audience, or even experiment with other methods. I'd love to see a psych profile on him. If he wanted to reach more people, he could go to literally any other discussion forum. If he wanted to reach us, he should have either stopped years ago or done something different in his message packaging. But he posts here. It's amazing, frankly, though incredibly sad imo. Like, I get that spam bots or ad spammers lack the basic knowledge (or often programming) to interact meaningfully. They miss the point of the internet, even from an advertising perspective. I could write a mass-ad in 5 minutes that's better than anything we've ever seen on this site, and get more hits in a week than every phone sale ad ever has in the history of KMC. But when it's a person behind it, an actual person, then the same tactics are baffling.
