So are we using the list constructed in the comics vs as a template/start here? The characters already on the list can be re disputed as need be but it's at least a start.

I'd prefer starting over so we have more to discuss. I'd hate to use a pre-existing template and have needless amount of dispute about raising or lowering characters. I think it's better to let everyone decide that early on.

Impediment is the only one over 'Foreign Cinema', so that kinda narrows it down. Lol. Unless other mods are allowed to have a say in it.

I would myself, but you know way more about this than I do. You'll more likely pick up a response sooner than I as well. Refer him to the thread, and see where he wants to go with it. We could have a collective discussion about how we want to do this.

I curious how mass effect characters like Samara, Wrex, Harbinger, Jax and thane would rank on the scale. biotics seemed rather potent nevermind reapers like Harbinger.

DBZ characters should be fun to figure out. Despite what anyone has to say I can't accept yamcha being in a ranking above Krillin. It's simply blasphemy.

Couldn't agree more. Yamcha needs at least two tiers above krillin.

I've always found biotics to be overrated. As soon as a battle thread starts it's usually "biotics, gg."

Never mind in the entire trilogy that there's no biotic that's even close to being like that with the exception of Samara. Hell for the "ownage' you can do with biotics, it sure wasn't easy for Liara against two random Cerberus troopers at the beginning of ME3.

It's a weaker version of the force yet the hype is much greater.

Not high at all. Biotics are never used the way some poster believe they are.
