Are the characters listed here at their peak of power or are they at their natural level, without the aid of augmentation of any kind?

I hadn't considered how the characters were meant to be examined, and I don't guess anyone else had either. I know for sure that Mario's NOT at his peak, while Kratos very well seems to be. Then you have divided characters like the individual Links and the Sonic cast with their base and max forms. Some revisional clarification might not hurt. shrug

so just a quick question, Where would your average power ranger fall? I bet with like seventeen seasons there is probably a big gap, but if you had to put an average, where wold it be?
