basically, x-51 can simulate the same aura siblings have that negates the effects of powers as displayed by cyclops vs havok, so in essence he'd be completely immune from the effects of havok's power as cyclops was. x-51 made himself immune to mimic's cyclops power on-panel the same way. a small beam or his entire output in one blast would be equally as ineffectual since his body would be immune to the plasma
