A blitz is a blitz...blur is a blur. The scan you showed doesn't show the distance a distance any different than mine and yours was a sneak attack. I can post Surfer blitzing.

Also, appraising the situation (i.e. deciding what to do), isn't the same as having the built in gift to automatically know the most effective weakness of a character you've never met, and then proceeding to take said action as your first response, and it still be within character. I just don't buy it.

I'm not hating on him though, im giving Hulk props. Him moving while time is stopped around him. His consistent blur movements and him blitzing four guys that was moving around at blinding speeds. That's the minimum of his showings.

Surfer blitzes Nova Prime (a speedster himself with speed "feats" himself) so fast that he thought that he was getting hit with an energy beam.

You weren't just giving Hulk props. You were, as usual, hating on Superman, and I still don't get how you can hate him that much.
I once hated Wolverine, but I grew out of it. And even when I hated him, I didn't go in to every Wolverine thread and speak shit about him, because I was able to separate the character from his powers and abilities.

This is not an isolated instant which can be attributed to PIS. Spider-man has shown to be consistently above surfer in combat speed.
