I'm not deflecting anything, I'm clearing the fog. What you are quoting isn't a "blitz" argument, it's a super speed argument and who is faster at what. A blitz is just an advanced attack via the combinations of multiple types of speed powers "travel, combat, reflex, etc."
Show surfer blitzing, or don't.

In the form of tolerance and Those two scan u posted is from the same instance where they both first meet.
