Meh, Plagueis lacks actual feats though, plus he despises lightsaber dueling, so he wouldn't want to be on this list 😉

He's still a master swordsman and one of the strongest and fastest characters in the mythos.

Defeating an almost identical döppelganger, being called a master duelist by his master, knowing and identifying various weapons and teaching Sidious.

He's pretty good at dueling.

Dooku and Bane appear to be better duelists than Caedus, and has Caedus even mastered a form?

I dunno, I wouldn't put him at 2 either.

And sure, probably multiple, but 'mastery' isn't the finish line for skill.
