If Surfer's going all out, then Surfer definitely kills Superman.
He rarely fights but, his damage-soak and his healing abilities are sufficient for him to tangle with (though, ofcourse, never beat) high-end cosmics.
Possibly one or two other high heralds could have survived the beating he took from Tenebrous and Aegis.
None would have reformed from the atom smashing brutality of UniLord and, on-panel, he was the only one capable of taking down Murungu...

Surfer was nearly killed by a few blows from T@A and got twoshotted another time.
Unilord saga is non-canon and surfer's alternate counterpart was amped there. Mrrungu nearly killed him at surfer's half power with a single shot and never fought with full powered surfer at his own full power since surfer destroyed his power source.
Superman has taken full attacks from abstracts and actually fought back, not get nearly killed within a few blows.
