There must be more to it than that. We're only halfway through the season, and Coulson isn't fully satisfied with the explanation he got. You can't just bring someone back to life after they've been dead for days, never mind minutes or seconds. I think by the end of the season, we'll know full well what Coulson has been turned into.

Probably, at least I certainly hope so. But, after this episode, I got the feeling the show-makers want us to condemn the action of bringing Coulson back.

The last thing they need to do is drag his Commander Shepard-esque resurrection plot out. There's still Centipede and Skye's mystery.

The end of the season will be coming right around the time Captain America: The Winter Soldier gets released, which will have a cautious note about SHIELD's massive buildup. I think that will tie in with a full reveal about Coulson.

That sounds great. Lets hope so

Clark Gregg did send out a tweet that said Coulson's resurrection was "inhuman," so maybe there is more to it.

I guess you didn't like last night's episode. I thought it was good and better than last week's episode (the reveal was overhyped and underwhelming).

I agree. The last few episodes have had me into the plot, instead of just into "how long is left."
