Saying that the guy who won (Robocop in this instance) lost to the guys he killed...IE ultimately won against. (the ninjabots in this instance)

He beat them the 2nd time but he got his ass whooped the first time around. Only reason he survived the first encounter is because (IIRC) the ninjarobot had to split.

Plus Khan is more cunning than said ninja robot.
