Yes. Women should be treated better online. That means get yourself to treat women (and people in general, tbh) decently, and advocating to others that they do the same.

No but it never is and any man that suggests that they have been harassed in that manner are lying. I'm the first to point out that there is a double standered on the in the internet world when it comes to race and sex but I can almost guarantee you that anytime a man suggests that he was harassed by a woman it was a bullshit or a mis-construed insult.
