"Girls concerned with weight loss" (first of all, not all, some, perhaps even most who knows): Our society treats thin people better, it teaches girls from a young age that their looks are the most important thing about them, of course if you were conditioned in such a manner you would be preoccupied with your looks as well (as a side not, you already are obviously, your fascination with body building is based on a similar, sad, foundation).

"Wanting a boyfriend for show": I assume that happens very seldomly, especially young girls romanticize love and relationships (Disney shares a fair amount of blame in that) and desire them. If it does happen I would assume it is mostly due to peer pressure, sort of like losing ones virginity is for men. Additionally a lot of media suggest to women that they "need" a man to feel good about themselves, even if they may not be ready or not truly want it. There's a lot more to unpack in that small statement of yours, but that's some starting points.

"Friend Zone": Oh for ****s sake. Being friends with girls is nice. Wanting them for nothing but sex, idealizing them in an objectifying manner, feeling sorry for oneself even though one is an ******* is not.

May I suggest that perhaps your girl troubles are not the fault of the girls your age, but your immaturity and general dumbassery?
