Vera killed the part of her mind which took the shape of Manchester Black in her mind. It wasn't Black to begin with. League didn't know that and Flash hurled an object with infinite mass to sever the connection, it didn't work and then superman came all guns blazing.
Did you think Vera killing black happened in real world? It was all in her head, you dummy.

The scan below this is telling us that she is injured. Nothing is even brought up about her regaining her power.
Dont know why you are asking me if I'm able to read anything properly. It seems like YOU are having the problem. I'm done debating this with you because I've proven my point. She was injured and wasn't near 100%...she never regained that power back since it was never stated on panel and Superman never connected with his punch.

Are you seriously that dense? Harming someone isn't making them weaker and superman would've still killed her if he connected. You are free to live in your own fantasy world. Don't dare to question me though on my scans.

Leob wanted to show us what Superman could become with enough time in the Sun. So yeah, more then a Skyfather which works really good with another storyline where Superman spends 10000 years in the sun and comes back as an "implied" abstract or even supreme being.

That wasn't clear tbh. Solaris though he could kill Superman with it but there is a big IF and speculation on Solaris part imo.
