I'm assuming this is hand-to-hand, instead of a standard fight except Orion is stripped of his gear. So, Orion.

I can agree with faster, but stronger based on what? As for more powers, I guess we need confirmation, but I'm assuming the OP meant hand-to-hand, and if I am correct, more powers wouldn't matter. But I could be wrong.
