I beleive Dorf can tank it because a castle bust the size of the one he directly tanked was much larger than the shot used to drop the Lookout Mountain observatory platform you posted. Even the cliffside drop Megatron shot down at Niagra Falls while amped does not compare. To come close, you'd need Megs hopped up on Anti-Matter or the Heart Of Cybertron to get the results you're after.
